- Pick up a Fantasy 5 playslip and pick five numbers from 1 to 39. Alternatively, you can choose Quick Pick to play with randomly generated numbers.
- You can play up to five times per payslip. You also have the option to play your lucky numbers in up to 12 consecutive draws using one playslip - simply mark the Advance Play box.
- Each play costs $1. Your ticket is your receipt, so make sure you check that your numbers are accurate and sign the back of the ticket.

If you play $5 or more on one ticket, you'll get a Fantasy 5 – 2nd Chance code printed on your ticket, giving you an extra chance to win thousands of dollars each week.
Submit your 2nd Chance codes for a chance to win in a drawing for three $10,000 prizes and twelve $1,000 prizes each week! Each code is valid for one draw. The code is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.
